About This Role

Orchestrate builds releases and artifacts for multi service systems with clear traceability and rollback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in build and release engineering
  • Expertise with CI tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or GitLab CI
  • Artifact management with Artifactory or Nexus
  • Versioning strategies and semantic release
  • Branching models and trunk based development experience
  • Release orchestration and change management
  • Container image hardening and SBOM generation
  • Rollout strategies including canary and feature flags
  • Strong scripting in Bash or Python
  • Compliance and audit trail requirements
  • Communication and release documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Standardize build pipelines and templates
  • Manage release calendars and cut releases
  • Maintain artifact repositories and provenance
  • Automate rollbacks and recovery paths
  • Partner with teams on deployment readiness
  • Publish release notes and metrics
