About This Role

Build the internal platform and tooling that makes local dev testing and shipping fast and joyful.

Requirements

  • 4+ years building tooling or platforms for developers
  • Experience with build systems such as Turborepo Nx or Bazel
  • Monorepo strategies and package publishing with npm or pnpm
  • Template generators and scaffolding tools
  • Local dev environments with containers
  • Observability for developer workflows
  • Backstage or similar developer portal experience
  • CI optimization including caching and test sharding
  • Strong documentation and internal advocacy
  • Security and compliance guardrails baked into pipelines
  • Experience gathering developer feedback and metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own golden paths and templates
  • Reduce build and test times
  • Create great docs and internal workshops
  • Partner with security on paved roads
  • Measure developer satisfaction and throughput
  • Maintain reliability of shared tooling
