Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs how customers, their personnel, and their downstream users may use Noble Stark LLC's services, deliverables, datasets, evaluations, benchmarks, and any other materials made available to them (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this AUP. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or order form.

1. Permitted use

The Services are provided for internal research, model development, evaluation, safety, alignment, and product-quality purposes by the customer named in the applicable order form. Use beyond the scope set out in the MSA, SOW, or this AUP requires advance written authorization from NobleStark.

2. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not permit any user to:

• Resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the Services or any deliverables, in whole or part, except as expressly permitted by the MSA;
• Use the Services to develop, train, evaluate, or benchmark any product or model on behalf of a third party without an executed reseller or partner agreement;
• Re-identify any individual whose data may appear in a dataset, attempt to reverse engineer pseudonymization, or correlate the data with external sources to derive personal information;
• Use the Services to harass, dox, surveil, or otherwise target any individual or group;
• Use the Services to develop, refine, or evaluate technology designed primarily for the creation of CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, weapons of mass destruction (CBRN), or critical-infrastructure attack capabilities;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, rate limit, watermarking, or contamination-prevention mechanism;
• Probe, scan, or test the security of NobleStark systems other than via our published Vulnerability Disclosure process;
• Use the Services to violate any applicable export control, sanctions, or trade-compliance law;
• Use the Services to infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• Upload to NobleStark systems any malicious code, malware, or content the customer is not legally entitled to share;
• Use customer-supplied test data containing protected health information (PHI), card-holder data (CHD), or government-classified data without a signed addendum.

3. Restrictions on use of deliverables

• Deliverables may be used internally by the customer's authorized personnel and integrated into the customer's models or evaluation pipelines.
• Public release of deliverables (e.g., open-sourcing a benchmark) is permitted only when explicitly authorized in the applicable SOW; held-out portions remain confidential indefinitely.
• Attribution of NobleStark as data or evaluation provider is welcomed but optional unless required by the SOW.
• Models trained on NobleStark deliverables may be deployed without restriction, subject to the customer's compliance with applicable law.

4. Use of Hatch experts

• Experts contracted via the Hatch network are independent contractors of NobleStark, not the customer.
• Customers may not solicit or hire individual experts outside the NobleStark engagement during the engagement term and for 12 months thereafter, except through a separately negotiated agreement.
• Customers may not contact identified experts directly without NobleStark's coordination.

5. Reporting violations

Report suspected AUP violations to support@noblestark.com. Security issues should be reported to security@noblestark.com.

6. Enforcement

NobleStark may investigate suspected AUP violations and, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access where it has a reasonable basis to believe a violation has occurred. Where practical and not harmful, we provide notice and a reasonable cure period before suspension.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the legal change history at /legal/versions. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
