How to submit a request
To exercise any of the rights described below, email support@noblestark.com with the subject line “DSAR request”. Include the email address associated with your data, your jurisdiction (e.g., EU, UK, California), and which right(s) you wish to exercise.

Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Object to or restrict certain processing of your personal data.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent (e.g., marketing).
What happens after you email us
1. We acknowledge
You'll receive a written acknowledgement of your request within 5 business days, typically much sooner.
2. We verify your identity
To protect your data, we'll verify that the request comes from you (typically by confirming details associated with the email on file). We will not disclose data without verification.
3. We process the request
We respond within 30 days under GDPR (and 45 days under CCPA/CPRA). Complex requests may require a single extension, in which case we notify you with the reason.
4. We deliver the outcome
Access requests are delivered as a structured export. Deletion requests are confirmed in writing once completed (some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy).
Authorized agents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written authorization signed by you and may verify your identity directly before proceeding.
Hatch applicants and contractors
If your request relates to data processed through the Hatch expert network (applications, skill-task submissions, payout details), please reference “Hatch” in the subject line. Detailed handling for expert data is in our Expert Privacy Notice.
